Myeloid Innate Immunity Panel

Human and Mouse

The nCounter Myeloid Innate Immunity panels are designed to encompass all aspects of the myeloid innate immune response for use in basic and translational studies. Each panel enables the quantitative and qualitative measurement of attributes of innate immune response by evaluating gene enrichment of genes involved in recruitment and activation of selected myeloid subtypes.

Benefits

01

For use in the study of mechanisms of immune evasion, immune regulation, damage response, wound healing & tissue repair.

02

Identify treatment responders and non-responders for use in therapy strategy research.

03

Study disease pathogenesis, focusing on immuno-oncology and response to autoimmune and infection disease.

Details & data

Innate Immunity Myeloid Cells

Genes included in the Myeloid Innate Immunity Panel were chosen based on their abundance/presence in the target cell and their ability to discern activation, polarization and effector phenotypes related to malignancy or infection. The table below gives a description of different myeloid cell types and the number of genes in the human or mouse panel that are reported to be associated with these cells based on the current literature.
